In 2004, he leased more than 310,000 sf in 230 Park Avenue alone, ranking the building as one of Manhattan’s most actively leased buildings for that year. Previously, Mr. Lauzon was Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Agency Services group, which specializes in the exclusive leasing and marketing of commercial office and retail space. In that role, he was responsible for select building agencies, as well as securing new leasing agency assignments for the company. Under the ownership of Tishman Speyer Properties, he served as Director of Leasing, and, under the prior ownership of the Rockefeller family, he served as Assistant Vice President of Leasing and as Special Events Coordinator for Rockefeller Center, which, at that time, included the Avenue of the Americas Westside properties, namely 1211, 1221, 1251, and 1271 Avenue of the Americas.
