Mark McFate is a Vice President with CBRE Phoenix Multifamily Institutional Properties, where he focuses on selling land to multifamily developers throughout the Phoenix MSA.
Mark started his career with CBRE in 2015 and since then has specialized exclusively in multifamily investment sales and multifamily land sales. From 2015-2020, Mark was involved in over 200 investment sales transactions totaling more than $12 billion in value. Since forming the team’s multifamily land sales division with Mitch Stravitz in 2021, Mark has been involved in over 256 multifamily land dispositions in excess of $14 billion in value, including some of the most high-profile assignments throughout the MSA.
With a diverse background in economics, finance, and law, Mark is engaged in numerous stages of the transactions and approaches each assignment with an acute attention to detail and focus on finding customized solutions to execute at the highest level for the client.
