When working with Mr. Nation, it’s a win-win for both parties. With over two decades in real estate and years of experience in the tech world, Mark proves he’s the real deal. His extensive background in Real Estates as a broker, property manager, real estate developer and investor has provided him incomparable knowledge to benefit his clients. He is also a licensed, certified inspector. In addition, he has had his own property management business since 2000, Nation Properties Group. Mark is a la carte in many ways, and always has that small-town, Iowa chivalry from his roots in the mid-west.
Mark approaches every transaction with professionalism and familiarity. As director of a high-profit tech company, Mark gained experience in the art of negotiation and compromise. Mark knows every aspect of the Real Estate business and will not leave a stone unturned for his clients. Primarily a commercial agent, he also has vast experience in residential, where he has brokered deals within multiple regions, such as the eastern seaboard and upper mid-west.
Outside his work, Mark is part of numerous organizations within the community. He’s a member of Rotary and is the former President of SCR (Society of Commercial Realtors). Current CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment member) He is also a loving husband and father. He an avid traveler and has been all over the world, gaining insights along the way. Given a chance, he will tell you a story or two from his diverse experiences.
