Mark Patton joined Price Edwards and Company in 2010. His principal activities include commercial and industrial real estate sales and leasing, specializing in industrial land and buildings. Major clients include Baker Hughes, Inc., Ryder Systems, EastGroup Properties, Oklahoma Publishing Company, Dresser Industries, Love's Country Stores, Pillsbury Co., and Seagate Technologies.
Patton is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and received his degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Price Edwards and Company, Patton worked over 30 years for Gerald L. Gamble Co. Inc., Commercial, and Industrial Realtors. Patton was also a Vice-President with Southwest Title & Trust Company for eight years. Prior to his affiliation with Southwest Title, he held the position of Assistant Director of the Oklahoma Real Estate Institute.
Patton's involvement in professional and civic organizations includes membership in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Board of Realtors and the Oklahoma Association of Realtors; President of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma City; Alumnus of Leadership Oklahoma City; past-President of Leadership Oklahoma City Alumni Association; and former board member of the American Red Cross, Oklahoma City Arts Council, and Leadership Oklahoma City. He is a former president of Edmond All Sports, Inc., and in May of 1993, Patton was appointed by the Governor of Oklahoma to an eight-year term as Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation Commission, during which he served as Vice-Chairman of the Commission.
Patton and his wife, Vicki, have two children.
