Mark Richardson has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and is currently a part of C&W’s Occupier Services team, based in the Washington, DC office. He has worked on behalf of fortune 500 companies, non-profit associations and law firms as well as owners. Mr. Richardson previously spent 21 years at Transwestern, where he served as an Executive Vice President and a member of the National Board of Directors. During his time at Transwestern, he worked on behalf of law firms, fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit associations. He is a member of the Greater Washington Association of Commercial REALTORS (GWCAR) and as 25-time winner and lifetime member of the Million Dollar Leasing Club. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Georgetown Preparatory School and is also currently Chairman of the Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart Board of Trustees and is a recent past President of the board at Imagination Stage, a world class children’s theater in Bethesda, MD Mr. Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Georgetown University. He also completed studies in international finance and comparative business policy at Brasenose College, Oxford University, England.
