Mark Van Ark has over thirty years of real estate experience in the Commercial and Investment field. Mark has broad experience in investment sales, office and industrial leasing, land sales and development, including multi-family projects and consulting. Mark created his own brokerage company in 1980, specializing in the personal attention required to obtain the specific goals of the investor. Mark obtained the CCIM designation in 1988 after completing the rigorous graduate level courses and experience requirements, as well as the SIOR designation in 2002 (Mark is one of only two commercial practitioners in Colorado to have obtained the SIOR dual designation in both the Office and Industrial disciplines). Mark is currently a broker with KW Commercial Real Estate, LLC, with offices in Denver and Boulder. Mark specializes in Office and Industrial property types.
In addition to his brokerage activities, Mark is a Senior Instructor for the CCIM Institute, as well as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver, Daniels School of Business, Masters Program.
As a Senior Instructor for the CCIM Institute, Mark has trained real estate professionals both domestically as well as internationally. These training assignments have included such international locations as Taipei, Tokyo, Warsaw, Moscow and St. Petersburg, RU.
