Mark has held various management positions in the retail industry from 1985-1996 when he assisted his father Richard in starting Richmar Properties, Inc. Since Richmar Properties, Inc. was formed, Mark has managed all duties from Leasing, Developing, and Sales of the real estate in Richmar Properties, Inc. portfolio. He is also Co-Owner of Exit Richmar Realty, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, which opened in June 2002, and is the Broker of Record for Richmar Properties, Inc. in Michigan and Georgia.
