Mark Wilson brings an owner's and user's understanding to the commercial real estate business with extensive and first hand experience in the acquisition, leasing and management of commercial property. Prior to joining Sperry Properties, Mark was president of one of Colorado’s largest electrical distributors, Ryall Electric Supply. As president,Mark has substantial experience in managing and operating all aspects of a wholesale distribution business with seven warehouses in Colorado and Wyoming, ranging in size from 10,000 sq/ft to over 100,000 sq/ft. In addition to being familiar with warehousing from a proprietor or tenant’s point of view, Mark also has an understanding from a property owner’s viewpoint, managing a partnership that owns office/warehouse property throughout the Colorado Front Range.
As a business owner, property owner and investor, Mark brings unique and valuable insight to assist clients with their investment real estate needs. Mark understands the varied needs of business owners and tenants and knows the right questions to ask to maximize real estate value and ensure that a property will meet the needs of the client.
Mark has an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA in Finance from Denver University and has served on several company Boards.
