Marrhacia Francois is an Associate with CBRE Retail Advisory & Transaction Services group. Ms. Francois works to advise retail tenant clients on site selection and market analysis as they expand into optimal locations throughout Jacksonville, Florida. She leverages her strong client service skills, market knowledge, and marketing expertise to secure the best retail locations in alignment with the business structures of her clients.
Ms. Francois began her commercial real estate career in 2016 as a marketing coordinator for United Real Estate Gallery. She then gained experience in client services at Colliers before joining CBRE as a client services coordinator in 2021. In 2022, she was promoted to client services team lead. In that role, she provided sales and marketing support for several CBRE professionals and teams across industrial & logistics leasing, retail landlord leasing, Debt & Structured Finance, and retail and office investment property.
Ms. Francois is a life-long resident of North Florida with intimate knowledge of the market’s growing suburban landscape. Her mission is to provide a personalized and attentive experience for her clients.
