Marsha is the founder of Howard Hanna | Rand Realty. She started Rand Realty in 1985 with the vision to build a brokerage strongly devoted to its agents and deeply committed to the community, combining expertise and an eye for detail with heart, soul, and kindness.
More than 40 years later, her family has built one of the most successful real estate brokerages in the northeast and the largest family-owned company in the New York City suburban region with more than 1,000 premier local agents with offices throughout Northern New Jersey, Westchester, The Bronx, Rockland, Dutchess, and Orange Counties.
In October 2020, she partnered with the Hanna family who have built the third-largest real estate company and the largest family owned company in the country.
In addition, her family operates Rand Commercial, Hudson United Mortgage, Hudson United Insurance, and Hudson United Title Services.
