Martin Ezratty comes to Eastern Consolidated with an extensive business background of almost forty years, the last twenty of which have been in real estate.
Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Mr. Ezratty spent time in brokerage and before that as a real estate principal. He has bought and sold residential apartment buildings, garden apartment complexes, retail and commercial properties and industrial buildings.
He is active in various charitable organizations and currently serves as Vice President of the Sephardic Geriatric Foundation, and as Vice President of his Co-op Board in Manhattan for the last fifteen years.
Mr. Ezratty graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Economics.
