During Martin’s 20+ year career in commercial real estate he has perfected a broad spectrum of experience in brokerage, property management, loan origination and project management. Martin joined Lee & Associates in 2024 where he focuses his practice on office and light industrial leasing and sales as well as investment services. His recent accomplishments include closing several 50+ unit multi-family investment sales representing both buyers and sellers.
He lives in Beachwood, OH with his wife Becki and their three sons. He enjoys sports, traveling, golf and self-performing home improvement projects both large and small.
