Martin Lomazow has a 30 year background in both owner and tenant representation. As one of Long Island's most experienced commercial real estate brokers, he has developed strong ties with many of the municipal authorities as well as the most prominent entrepreneurial and institutional property owners and corporations in the region. Prior to the merger of CB Richard Ellis and Insignia/ESG in 2003, Mr. Lomazow served as Principal/President of Madison Partners of NY and Madison Management of NY. He was also a Vice President at Broadwall Brokerage & Consulting and an Associate at Helmsley-Spear. Achievements In 2003 & 1999, recognized by the Commercial & Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) with the "The Most Ingenious Deal of the Year" award for the Kassover Estate: Garden City Company Entity Level Sale, Chapter 11 Liquidation of 677,000 SF of properties in Garden City, NY, Brooklyn, NY, Manhattan and Palm Beach, FL and in for the American Institute of Physics' 92,000 SF lease and 63,000 SF/12 acre simultaneous sale/leaseback. In 2003, recognized as one of CBRE's Top Producing Brokers. In 2003, recognized by CoStar as a "Top Power Broker." In 2001 & 2000, awarded the "Deal of the Year" by Reckson Associates Realty Corp. for negotiating Arrow Electronics' 165,000 SF Headquarters expansion lease, and in 2001 for Hain-Celestial Group's lease termination agreement and simultaneous lease for their headquarters relocation/expansion for 34,988 SF. Inducted into the "40 Under 40" saluting 40 of Long Island's rising stars under the age of 40 in 2000. Awarded Insignia/ESG's "Broker of the Year Award" signifying his dominance in the Long Island region within company for the years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001.
