Martin Rousseau started his career in the early 1990's. With this vast experience in real estate and more than a thousand transactions under his belt, Martin has developed an expertise that he puts at the service of his clients. He has a vast network of contacts in the real estate industry and has an in-depth knowledge of the stakeholders. His mastery of the mechanisms governing leasing allows him to develop solutions that create added value for his clients. He distinguishes himself by his integrity, creativity and perseverance which allow him to bring complex and problematic transactions to a successful conclusion for his clients.
Martin holds a certificate in Business English from McGill University, a certificate in Marketing Management from HEC and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the l’Université de Montréal.
Martin is a Chartered Real Estate Broker and a member of the OACIQ (Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec), the control structure of the real estate brokerage industry in Québec.
