Arnold brings 20 years of commercial brokerage experience assisting national and international companies in the design and implementation of distribution and manufacturing networks including site location, new facility development and disposition of inefficient assets. Arnold previously served as a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield. He has consistently been among Atlanta's top industrial brokers, and was one of the Top 10 Industrial Brokers recognized by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors in 2003.
Arnold has attained the SIOR designation from the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors and holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee and a master's in industrial management from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
