Martin D. Pinover joined Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. in 2002 at the firm’s Atlanta office. As a senior managing director, Mr. Pinover will help lead Newmark’s industrial tenant representation group, which is focused on servicing the industrial facility needs of major corporations throughout the world.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Pinover was associated with Julien J. Studley, Inc. where he acquired extensive experience in the analysis, acquisition and disposition of manufacturing/warehouse/distribution facilities in major metropolitan centers including Europe and the Far East.
Transaction highlights from Mr. Pinover’s career include: Masuda Manufacturing, R.G. Barry Corp. (1.8 million sf); Gate City Real Estate, Earl T. Swift Corp. (1.4 million sf); Turchin Wells Association, Park Corp. (1.4 million sf); HAS R.E.A.D., Woolworth Corporation (644,250 sf); Iowa Land & Building, Harnischfeger Corp. (525,000 sf); Sanyo, Absecold (500,000 sf); Larry Collins, LLC, Sunbeam Corp. (412,000 sf) and Nike Corp., Sunbeam Corp. (400,000 sf).
Mr. Pinover is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is on the board of directors of the Elaine Clark School for Multiple Handicapped Children.
Mr. Pinover received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He has also completed graduate studies at New York University.
