Mary Kate is an Associate in JLL’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Mary Kate concentrates her efforts coordination for the commercial brokerage team and provides tenant and landlord representation services to clients throughout Delaware. Prior to joining JLL, Mary Kate was the Property Manager and Leasing Specialist at Lang Development Group in Newark Delaware. She managed over 400,000 SF of office and retail space consisting of over 80 tenants. Mary Kate is a licensed Salesperson in Delaware. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Delaware. Mary Kate is a member of the Delaware Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC), Young Professionals of Wilmington, and she is a Board Member for both Delaware Commercial Real Estate Women (DREW) and The Ursuline Alumni Association.
