BACKGROUND
Mary, also known by the nickname, “Missy”, a well-respected commercial real estate industry veteran, has broad experience in multiple disciplines of the commercial real estate industry. As a CCIM and Generalist CRE, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients, whether investment, industrial, retail, office, multi-family or land transactions.
Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Business Properties, Missy founded CI-Commercial Industrial Real Estate Services, a firm, which specialized in representation for commercial, industrial, and investment real estate clients. Prior to that she was in sales with Xerox Corporation, Trammell Crow Company and Corporate Broker for Heitman Financial. As an active member in the community, she has served on numerous boards including the local Chapter of CCIM, the original Northern Nevada NAIOP Chapter as President, Reno Philharmonic Trustee, Desert Research Institute, the recipient of Saleswoman of the Year Award by Professional Saleswoman of Nevada and is a real estate licensee in Nevada and California.
