Mary Toyama brings a wealth of experience and knowledge and is soon to be a leading star again in the real estate industry. Prior to returning to Chicago and joining Eldorrado Chicago Real Estate in 2014, Mary and her husband lived in the northern suburbs for 20 years, working and raising their two daughters. Mary formerly worked in the Lincoln Park real estate market for a small boutique firm in the 1980’s as the Relocation Director for that office. With great expertise, she assisted many buyers, new to the city of Chicago, through seamless property acquisitions.
Mary added to her real estate education through restoration and renovation and selling of single family homes and multiunit buildings in both the North Shore and Lincoln Park. Her development experience, as well as being mentored by a well-known and successful broker, have all contributed to an extensive understanding of the real estate market.
Matching sellers with buyers and facilitating a smooth transaction is Mary’s ultimate goal as one of Eldorrado Chicago Real Estate top producing Brokers. Supplying her clients with resources for current market trends, day to day market updates on properties of interest, and quick response time for inquiries are just a few ways her clients are kept informed and ready for investing.
A Northwestern University graduate, Mary resides in Downtown Chicago with her husband, Bob. She continues to stay active in her church and community, and continues in her role as a Bible Study Fellowship Leader and Administrator in Deerfield, Illinois. She is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
