Maschera joins the Dallas team with a focus on transaction management, sublease dispositions and office and industrial transactions.
Maschera has 18 years of experience representing tenants and landlords. She has held senior positions with Hart Commercial and Cushman & Wakefield representing national and local tenants. She has vast knowledge obtained by working with high-volume clients, in many states, executing a large assortment of services, including financial analysis and project tracking. She has been responsible for numerous multi-layered projects from start to finish, always with the client’s needs in mind.
