Mathew Chandler is a founding director of Dixon Wright.
He has more than 22 years’ experience in the property profession advising national and regional clients over that period. The majority of his experience has come from working for a number of niche practices in Central London specialising in West End, Mid-Town and City markets.
Specialising in all Landlord and Tenant matters, Mathew brings a detailed knowledge of the subject to bear in a variety of situations. Coupled with an understanding of the agency process, he brings a holistic approach that enables advice to be offered to create the best possible result for any particular scenario.
He has acted as an Expert Witness in a wide spectrum of disputes from Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals through Valuation, Boundary and Planning issues.
Whilst being prepared to fight individual cases, he tries to adopt a reasonable approach in discussions to achieve the very best result for his client.
He has worked for the majority of his clients for more than 15 years and has tried to create long lasting relationships founded on mutual trust.
Mathew is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is married and has two young children. He plays club hockey and cricket and runs half marathons. He enjoys reading, when his children allow, and does his best to keep his garden productive, neat and tidy.
