Matt joined Orens Brothers in 2006, and has been a successful contributor to the organization. Able to perform both administrative and management tasks, Matt’s experience is across the board. Highlights of his tenure include: supervising the construction of the Penthouse Roof Patios at the 2200 Arch Street Development Project, obtaining permits for all Orens Brothers projects, scouting properties for future developments, and managing the construction of the Arch Gourmet/City Gourmet grocery stores. He also has been highly successful with the sales and rentals, both commercially and residentially. Matt graduated from Tulane University and obtained his real estate license from the Temple Real Estate Institute.
