Matt is a Partner with over 11 years of experience in providing creative, tailored and honest advice to all stakeholders in the rapidly changing UK Retail and Leisure landscape.
Alongside Adam Bindman and Mike Willoughby, Matt is responsible for leading the Green & Partners agency team. He is currently advising Landlords on the repurposing of a number of prominent Department Stores across the UK, including two iconic Department Store premises, namely the former Dickens & Jones (House of Fraser) in Richmond Upon Thames, and the Arding & Hobbs building (formerly Debenhams) in Clapham Junction.
Key clients include DTZ Investors, LaSalle Investment Management, M&G Real Estate and a wide range of private individuals.
