Matt Binfet is an Executive Vice President with Colliers International, and a member of the Industrial Services Team. Matt has been serving the Calgary industrial marketplace for more than 25 years and has consistently been one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Canada. Matt has been inducted into the Colliers Everest Club, which recognizes the performers in the 10th (top) percentile in Brokerage, Valuation, and Corporate Solutions across the Americas, who demonstrate a dedication to service excellence and building long-standing and valued client relationships. He has primarily focused his efforts on tenant representation and year after year is involved in many of the largest transactions in the City of Calgary. Matt has an established list of clientele who refer to him regularly for advice and transactional services.
