Matthew is a Director of Land Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield in Houston, TX. As Director, he is integral in all aspects of the brokerage process, from site research and market knowledge to listing and marketing properties, prospecting as well as site acquisition for buyers. Matt is a graduate of The University of Mississippi and holds a degree in managerial finance with a minor in real estate. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission. In his free time, Matt enjoys serving as a committeeman for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, traveling, spending time with family and friends and all things Ole Miss. He has been around real estate most of his life and thoroughly enjoys working in the industry.
