Matt Dornak is a seasoned real estate professional with over twelve years of experience in the industry. As Managing Director and Partner of Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas-Fort Worth industrial division, he has been instrumental in growing the firm’s industrial leasing portfolio while representing top institutional real estate owners in North America.
In his role, Matt co-leads the strategic direction of the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial team, overseeing operations, business development, and the execution of industrial transactions. He has successfully completed over 525 industrial transactions, totaling over 33 million square feet and $1.25 billion in transaction value.
Matt’s expertise in project leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development services, and tenant representation has enabled him to drive growth and profitability for Stream while focusing on delivering exceptional client service. His strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams have been critical to his success leading the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial team.
