Matt Eells is an Idaho Native and Commercial Real Estate Professional and Business Broker. I have lived in The Treasure Valley for 51 years and call Meridian and Caldwell, Idaho home. My wife and I have raised our 3 wonderful boys here. We have enjoyed the family atmosphere, seasons, culture diversity and many outdoor activities.
Matt earned the money to buy his first house when he was just 16 and spent the next year remodeling it and selling it. Matt started, built up and sold his first business when he was just 19. I have started and purchased operated 7 businesses in the Valley, some for 30 years. Most of these companies were start-ups and were transitioned or sold. Matt has a unique ability to see industry or location opportunity and structure companies to capitalize on it. Industries include Manufacturing, Client Services, Construction, Demolition, Real Estate Development, B2B sales, Equipment Sales and many Service Firms. Matt has helped many clients with their Business Structuring and Operation streamlining to bring more revenue to the bottom line. He has a keen ability to see inefficiencies in operations and bring solutions to the table. He and have been known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction; buyers, sellers, lender and legal counsel. His strong negotiation skills and straight forward demeanor allows people to trust him which allows deals to be made. My approach to any transaction is this, it is about the people, and their goals, not the broker. Many other brokers I have worked with do not share my same paradigm. Matt has strong marketing skills and knows how to bring the best assets and values of the business to the Buyers attention.
I know what it means to put your whole life and heart into your business and then transition it to someone else. The transfer of a business can be more emotional than one might think, this requires patience and genuine care on part of the broker to help the seller reach their intended goal.
