Matt is responsible for the leasing of five commercial properties totaling 360,000 square feet. He originally started representing Rockwell’s portfolio in 2013 as a third-party leasing agent. In 2017, he was hired directly to continue to oversee the commercial division’s leasing in-house.
Matt has represented both company-owned and third-party managed properties since 2012. Prior to joining Rockwell, he was provided the opportunity to lead leasing efforts for over thirty commercial properties in the Houston and surrounding areas which resulted in a profound understanding of numerous sub-markets throughout the city. He has also represented Landlords as the primary leasing agent for office buildings in the Denver and Chicago areas.
Matt holds a BBA in Business Management from Texas Tech University. He is also a licensed real estate sales agent by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
