These transactions span a wide spectrum, encompassing commercial assets, residential development, land entitlement, and financing, where he has served as both a borrower and lender, among other roles.
In addition to his extensive transactional experience, Mr. Ferree has designed and crafted financial models crucial to the underwriting process. His proficiency extends to using industry-standard software tools such as Argus Enterprise, Kardin Budget, and MRI Accounting software.
Beyond his analytical work, Mr. Ferree regularly engages with joint venture partners and borrowers, actively overseeing the management of Kraemer Land Company's investments and those of their clients.
