Matt Geist is an associate vice president at Hughes Marino, an award-winning commercial real estate company that represents only tenants, never landlords, where he represents clients in their leasing and space acquisitions. Based out of the firm’s East Bay office, Matt specializes in assisting companies develop a real estate strategy that can help them achieve both their short and long-term business goals.
Matt began his real estate career in Seattle, WA, where he represented industrial tenants in the Greater Puget Sound region, before returning to the Bay Area where he grew up in nearby Alamo. Matt brings a deep understanding and expertise of the expansive East Bay commercial real estate market to his clients, where he serves both office and industrial tenants with all of their commercial real estate needs.
Matt lives in Lafayette with his fiancée and their French bulldog. When Matt is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his four nephews, golfing, reading and going for long runs.
