Mr. Giokas has successfully completed market analysis and regional rollout strategies for tenants entering and expanding into the market, along with the subsequent implementation and brokerage of their lease and sale transactions. He has represented landlords with an array of assignments including project leasing, repositioning, disposition, acquisition & pre-leasing.
Mr. Giokas is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
