Bio
Matt joined Cypress Retail Group’s North Los Angeles office in 2012 as a part-time Marketing Assistant, while completing his Marketing Degree at California Lutheran University. He joined Cypress as a full-time Sales Associate in 2014 under the direction of Partners, Bob Haas and Bob Walsh.
A native of Southern California, Matt utilizes his detailed knowledge of the territory to serve several exclusive chain retail/restaurant clients including Jack In The Box, Firehouse Subs, and Visionworks in the North Los Angeles, Ventura and Kern counties. Matt also represents shopping center owners in leasing their existing retail properties and he has assisted developer/investor clients in the purchase, development, and leasing of new retail projects. Matt prides himself on providing the highest level of service and is completely dedicated to the requirements of his clients.
Matt is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and X-Team International. He currently resides in Thousand Oaks with his wife and son.
