Bio
Matt Heseman, born and raised in Evansville, IN, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate, business and sales. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business, Matt initially delved into personal finance with Wells Fargo Financial in Chicago before transitioning to outside sales at Crown Packaging Corporation in Nashville, TN. In July 2012, his journey led him back home to join the family business at Imperial Fastener, where he excelled in growing sales and eventually rose to the position of Director of Industrial Sales. Following the sale of Imperial Fastener to Haggard and Stocking, Matt shifted his focus to another family business in July 2017, Midwest Equipment & Supply Co., assuming roles in territory sales management. In May of 2022, he transitioned to real estate management with his father, Glenn. Matt obtained his real estate license in Indiana and is now, embarking on a new venture in commercial real estate with Woodward Commercial Realty. Matt brings a wealth of experience and community relationships to drive success for himself and his clients. Matt and his wife Alexa reside in Evansville and have 3 boys: Beau, Cash, and Ace.
