Matt is a real estate professional with 15+ years of experience in both private equity and public real estate management funds. He has worked in all facets of investment real estate including the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties, along with portfolio management responsibilities that had me oversee $1+ billion in assets. Proven track record of sourcing and executing over $1.3 billion of acquisition and disposition activity.
Currently, he oversee the multifamily acquisition and asset management platform at CapitaLand. He also engaged in acquisition and M&A efforts across all asset classes throughout the US with a focus on data center, life sciences, tech office, and industrial products.
