Matt Klump, Founder and CEO of Seaford Capital Partners, has over 19 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry. His primary focus has been sourcing and executing value-add opportunities for real estate-based private equity funds. With a geographic concentration in the Eastern US, he has acquired 2.5 million square feet and completed over $400,000,000 in total transactions. During this time, he actively led the redevelopment process on 40+ assets, personally leasing and managing the construction of over 600,000 square feet of vacant space. In 2018, Matt founded Seaford Capital Partners to capitalize on his ability to selectively source, manage and execute real estate investment opportunities.
