Matt is an experienced multifamily broker with a demonstrated history in the private capital space across various Los Angeles markets. Partnered with his brother Jack, their team facilitated sales of over 1,500 units worth over $300,000,000 in value. His business is focused on fostering strong client relationships that create and preserve wealth through the acquisition, disposition, and management of real estate investments.
Prior to co-founding Wydown Partners, Matt was an accomplished multifamily broker at CBRE, where he spent eight years building his team’s investment sales platform and client base. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California. When he’s not in the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and young son and daughter, following his hometown St. Louis Cardinals, and playing golf.
