Bio
After more than 18 years leading real estate teams for leading national firms, Matt McOmber joined Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI) in 2017. As the Senior Vice President of the Corporate Services division, Mr. McOmber has responsibility for managing real estate transactions with corporate clients in Phoenix and throughout North and South America.
Mr. McOmber brings his transaction & project management knowledge to the CPI Corporate Services team, and will be focusing on leveraging regional and global relationships to insure every client need is met, allowing for the continual success of the client’s business. During the past 18 years, he has managed, negotiated and closed transactions totaling more than $350 million. He has a wide array of experience throughout the United States and Latin America and has provided portfolio and transaction management services internally and as a broker for Fortune 100 companies.
As the Senior Vice President, Mr. McOmber guides CPI’s team in meeting clients’ unique commercial real estate needs and developing strategic plans, allowing clients to focus more directly on their core business.
CPI’s Corporate Services are tailored to meet its client’s specific individual needs for Office and Industrial products and include real estate negotiations, portfolio administration and evaluation, feasibility studies and site selection, transaction management, project management, construction and tenant management, economic and public incentive identification and negotiation, real estate financial analysis, market research, due diligence, operating expense/lease audit, contract administration and customized real estate consulting. These services may include other services specifically designed to meet a client’s needs.
Prior to joining CPI, Mr. McOmber was the Managing Director of Corporate Services at Newmark and Colliers International. He has also served as a corporate real estate portfolio manager for Intel Corporation. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially in the outdoors. Additionally, being a father of 5, attending his children’s sporting events along with spending time dirt biking with them is where he spends much of his free time. He’s also actively involved in his community and spends time weekly volunteering with youth programs. He’s been a resident of Arizona for 18 years.
