Matt Renzulli began his career trading commercial real estate in 2021 and represents both buyers and sellers, in addition to assisting his investment clients with their leasing requirements. Matt is a graduate of the University of New Haven and a lifelong resident of Connecticut, giving him in-depth knowledge of local markets throughout the state providing a unique skillsets to service clients. Matt has ownership in property in multiple states and plenty of experience with rent rolls, negotiating, creating and executing leases and lease abstracts. Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate industry Matt spent over 9+ years in Marketing, Public Relations and Promoting, specializing in creating results driven Digital Marketing, Print, Radio and Video Marketing Campaigns with an analytical and ROI approach.
