Over his 20 year career, Matt has leased or sold over 15 million square feet with a consideration of over $5.8 billion. Matt works with several of the top institutional landlords in the country and has represented some of the most prolific buildings in San Francisco. Most notably, he leases the Transamerica Pyramid, a trophy asset and one of the most recognizable buildings in the world.
