As a 22-year resident of Colorado, Matt is intimately familiar with the Colorado Real Estate Market. He will provide you with the finest service available while being highly accessible to you and maintaining the highest possible ethical standards.

He is currently an active member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), CAR (Colorado Association of Realtors), PPAR (Pikes Peak Association of Realtors), DMAR (Denver Metro Association of Realtors), covering the front range from Canon City to Boulder. He’s also a long-time member of LOOPNET & COSTAR which are widely used national commercial databases.
He’s the managing broker and one of the two principal owners of Metro Brokers Downtown Colorado Springs and Metro Brokers Cherry Creek Professionals offices which is the home to five independent agencies and fifteen highly skilled professional agents/brokers.
He is the top individual Broker at Metro Brokers Inc for 2017 and #2 for 2016. He ranks among the Top 1% Producers for the past 3 years.
Prior to joining Metro Brokers Inc, he worked at REMAX International for six years where he achieved Executive Club, 100% Club and in November of 2007 he ranked number 16th Broker in the entire REMAX Mountain States Region. Prior to Real Estate he worked for MCI corporation, Exxon and an Osteopathic Hospital as an Information Technology professional and mid-level management for over 20 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
