Matty Wagner has specialized in commercial leasing and sales of Office and Industrial-Flex product in the Bay Area for the past 8 years. Before joining Paragon Commercial Brokerage he worked at Keegan & Coppin where he earned Rookie of the Year honors his first year and was consistently named a Major Transaction Award winner from 2011-2015. He has completed over 250 Lease and Sale transactions that include lease listings in excess of 100,000sf and $20+ Million sale listings. Through persistence and constant marketing strategies he has helped his clients meet and surpass their goals in acquiring leased office space for their company or in procuring purchase assets for investors.
Matty attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory, graduated from The University of California at Santa Barbara and is an active member of The Guardsmen of San Francisco. He works hard to create great value for his clients and also works hard to benefit the less fortunate through dedicated work with The Guardsmen.
Matty was born in Marin County and now resides in San Francisco with his wife and newly arrived daughter.
