Matt Wersel serves as the managing partner for Mohr Partners, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area Region. Matt is the leader of a team that advises major corporations, venture-backed technology companies and professional service firms using Mohr Partners’ industry-leading conflict-free, technology-enabled platform. Matt’s experience handling major HQ transactions, major regional hub transactions, and strategic portfolio planning for clients worldwide with their owned and leased properties, Matt is uniquely qualified to help his clients make faster and better decisions when managing their critical real estate infrastructure.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mr. Wersel spent 14 years with CBRE. He initially focused on representing institutional and private ownership in the disposition of $500 million in key assets as a member of numerous Capital Markets groups. He then transferred to their Tenant and Corporate advisory group where he represented technology and financial services firms managing their real estate portfolios around the world.
During his career, Matt has advised some of the world’s leading corporations including Microsoft, Google, Facebook, MapR, Synopsys, OpenText, TE Connectivity, Hitachi, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Ubiquiti Networks, Groupon, Akamai Technologies and Luminar Technologies in the management of their real estate. He has also handled assignments for major professional service firms such as First Republic Bank, Latham & Watkins, Dentons, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and Nixon Peabody.
