Matt has been a full-time resident of Montgomery County Texas since 1987. He met the love of my life, Danny, on July 4th of 2001 and were married in July 2015. He and Danny own The Franke Team at Keller Williams Advantage Realty in Conroe. Their company name comes from the original founder, the iconic Marion Franke, who personally groomed Matt to take over the team. Although they are based in Conroe, they have extensive knowledge of all the Houston area. They have a team of four buyer's agents, He primarily manage listings (although he does still very much enjoy collaborating with buyers), and Danny takes care of all the administrative, management, and IT aspects for the team. Every member of the team is LGBTQ+ friendly, so NO ONE will ever feel uncomfortable.
