With over 20 years of global marketing experience from entertainment (Universal Studios) to the consumer product and tech industries, and extensive home construction experience, Matt brings a wealth of experience, market knowledge, and a commitment to superior service that achieves results for his clients. Matt’s southern Virginia roots (Blue Ridge Mountain region) are grounded in the principles of authenticity, courtesy, and respect for others. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1999, Matt packed his car and pioneered West to pursue his lifelong passion for California living – Oceans, Mountain, Palm Trees, Sunshine, and all that Southern California has to offer. It was through Matt’s first-time home buying experience, where his agent with 30+ years of real estate experience did not protect he and his family’s best interest, that Matt decided there must be a better way.
