Matt Brodnik is Chief Investment Officer for EQT Exeter's North American, Industrial Real Estate investment platform. Matt joined Exeter Property Group, now EQT Exeter, in 2008.
Prior to Joining EQT Exeter, Matt worked as Director of Finance for Preferred Unlimited, a commercial real estate and mining investment firm based in the Philadelphia Area. Prior to Preferred, Matt was part of the healthcare real estate consulting team at Hammes Company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Matt holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Economics from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Political Science from Villanova University.
