Matthew Castle joins Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company with a rich history of business success across the globe. He believes in developing strong relationships with a focus on problem solving for clients is the key to delivering maximum advisory value. His philosophies are rooted in the ability to connect with people in a genuine way, building trusting and long-lasting relationships while acting with the highest level of integrity. Matthew is originally from Nashville, TN, but has spent over twenty-five years in the Knoxville area and is a graduate from the business school at the University of Tennessee. He has witnessed the tremendous growth of our region and desires to be a catalyst for the next wave of its development. He brings vast experience from the corporate world, having spent over twenty-three years in supply chain management, operations, and international sales across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Matthew is active in the community, serving as a long-standing member and past board member of Nucleus Knoxville, and has worked with many non-profit organizations during his time in East Tennessee. Outside of work Matthew is an avid Vol fan and enjoys staying active through fitness and sports, being outdoors, and spending time with his three children, Charlie, Camille, and Clare.
