Matt is a Partner in our Leasing & Development team.
With over 14 years of Central London experience providing property advice to both landlords and occupiers, Matt is able to strategically assist his clients in making the best decision supporting their overall goals and strategies.
A selection of Matt’s leasing and development work has involved a range of clients including BMO Real Estate Partners, Aviva Investors, Capco, Global Holdings, UOL Group, Columbia Threadneedle, Rowan Asset Management and CBRE Global Investors.
Recent instructions include the disposal of the disposal of Regal House, 14 James Street, on behalf of Capco, and he is currently advising Mayfair Capital on the redevelopment of 37,000 sq ft at 20 Red Lion Street and sub letting up to 39,000 sq ft on behalf of The Trade Desk at One Bartholomew.
In his spare time, Matt is kept busy by his two young children and enjoys watching and playing numerous sports including tennis, golf, football, cricket and sailing.
