A Kansas-native and CU-Boulder alumnus, Matt joined Monarch in February 2020 following the sale of his small business. After participating in the Rotational Analyst program, Matt served for two years as an analyst for Monarch’s Wichita asset management team. Matt is currently responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and ongoing asset management of Monarch’s Wichita and Topeka, KS portfolios.
