Matthew Greenberg is a Vice President with CBRE’s Investment Properties Group. He and his team specialize in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment real estate, focusing on national single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties throughout the Western U.S. Matthew’s team prides itself on hard work and integrity, giving them the reputation as industry leaders in their field.
Beginning his career at CBRE as a research analyst, Matthew developed a comprehensive understanding of market trends and statistics associated with investment properties. Matthew collected extensive data for CBRE’s Greater Los Angeles region, currently allowing him to deliver valuable information and insight to his clients in real-time.
