Matthew J. Grusecki began his Real Estate career at Northern Builders, Inc. in 1998. Since that time, he has held various positions in construction, finance, real estate and property management.
As Senior Vice President, Matthew is responsible for all new sales development for Northern's extensive land inventory, including Cherry Hill Business Park, Carlow Corporate Center, Fox River Business Center, Jefferson Business Center, Batavia Business Center, Monee Business Center and Chicago Avenue Industrial Campus. Matthew manages every new client relationship through upfront programming, contract and leasing, design, construction and completion.
Matthew has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management (MRECM) from the University of Denver. Matthew is an active participant with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also an advisory board member for Edgebrook Bank in Lincolnwood, Illinois.
